  • Refunds are only provided in cases of verifiable technical issues that prevent access to the service
  • Technical issues must be reported within 24 hours of encountering the problem
  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind or non-technical reasons
  • No partial refunds are available

2. Payment Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • The refund will be processed through your payment provider's system
  • Mobile app purchases must be refunded through the respective app store
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

  • In your request, please include:
    • That you are requesting a refund
    • Your reason for the refund request
    • The date of your purchase
    • Your email address associated with the account
    • The payment method used
