- Refunds are only provided in cases of verifiable technical issues that prevent access to the service
- Technical issues must be reported within 24 hours of encountering the problem
- No refunds will be provided for change of mind or non-technical reasons
- No partial refunds are available
2. Payment Methods
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund will be processed through your payment provider's system
- Mobile app purchases must be refunded through the respective app store
- Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

To request a refund for technical issues:

- In your request, please include:
- That you are requesting a refund
- Your reason for the refund request
- The date of your purchase
- Your email address associated with the account
- The payment method used
- Allow 5-10 business days for our team to review and respond
